The goal was to open up the space to create a large, highly functional kitchen with a connected dining and snug area. The client wanted a layout that felt clean and uncluttered, yet offered maximum functionality for everyday living and entertaining.

Constraints

The space was too narrow to accommodate an island, so the design needed to work around this constraint while still offering ample worktop and storage. It was essential to maintain a smooth flow between the kitchen, dining, and snug areas, creating a layout that felt open, connected, and practical for everyday use.

Our solution

We designed a spacious open-plan kitchen with custom cabinetry to neatly house all appliances and keep the space feeling uncluttered. Beautiful open shelving adds character and display space, while the layout ensures a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and snug areas—balancing functionality with a clean, cohesive aesthetic.
