Reconfigure a cramped kitchen to maximise light, practical storage and easy to clean surfaces.

2 doorways make the flow of the space tight.

Our solution

This project involved a wider consultation of the ground floor layout. We removed a downstairs cloakroom which opened directly into the kitchen. By relocated the placement of a new downstairs toilet and opening up the main living room improved the general flow in the house and reduced traffic through the kitchen. A quartz worksurface gives it a clean and bright feel. Well thought-out storage reduces the clutter throughout the home.

My favourite part is the larder cupboard which will fit all our food and still has space for other things. And the corner cupboard is great for all my appliances and makes it really easy to find all the pieces.
