Kitchen Wood Contemporary
For this project, the customers wanted a spacious kitchen with a lot of storage space and optimum comfort. They wanted the sink to be facing the window. We needed to hide the meters behind the door.
The units had to be fitted in the window embrasure to give access to the window handle by limiting the depth of the worktop. This meant we needed slightly break the angle of the wall to line up the kitchen units.
This is a big room, and we quickly decided upon a spacious design. For greater ease of use, all the units have sliding standard and pot-and-pan drawers. The height of the worktop was calculated so that the customer (who is not very tall) can easily reach the handle of the window. A made-to-measure unit in a matching colour was designed to conceal the meters behind the door.
